Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Arandel Yoann, operating under the trade name Ivy, as a sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur / micro-enterprise under French law), registered under SIREN number 982 334 799, whose registered address is 1 rue Richelieu, 94150 Rungis, France (hereinafter "Ivy" or the "Seller"), and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase through the website [website URL] (hereinafter the "Site").

Article 2 — Products

Ivy sells connected flower pots featuring an animated expressive face (eyes, winks) and a small built-in display (watering reminders, plant information, etc.). The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its corresponding product page. Photographs and visuals have no contractual value.

Article 3 — Price

Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Ivy reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown on the product page on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer. Shipping fees are shown before the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

Any order placed on the Site implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, by credit card or any other method offered on the Site, at the time of ordering. The order is considered final once confirmed by the banking payment centers.

Article 6 — Use of the product and the connected device

Using Ivy requires installing a power source (please specify: battery / rechargeable battery / mains power) and, where applicable, linking the product to an app or user account. The user agrees to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided and not to tamper with its internal electronic components, under penalty of voiding the warranty.

Article 7 — Liability

Ivy cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product, exposure to water beyond the recommended guidelines, or unauthorized modification of the electronic device.

Article 8 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent courts will be those with jurisdiction over Ivy's registered address, except where mandatory consumer-protection provisions state otherwise.
