2. Processing and shipping times

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, orders are delivered within 6 to 14 business days depending on the destination and the carrier chosen.

3. Product-related precautions

The Ivy connected pot contains electronic components (the display and the face-animation mechanism). Each product is packed with suitable protective padding to prevent damage during transport. We recommend checking the condition of the package upon receipt.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of destination.

5. Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the package is shipped, allowing you to follow its delivery in real time.

6. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim with the carrier and contact Ivy within 30 days at ivy.plantsio@outlook.com. In the event of loss or an unusually long delay, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.
